- Join Butler Wine Tours and Bellevue’s Purple Café and Wine Bar for an unforgettable Wine, Buy & Dine Experience. Relax on our elegant and comfortable Mercedes Benz Sprinter as Stuart Butler aka “The Wine Stuart” -- or one of his hand-picked guides -- escorts you to at least three of Woodinville Wine Country’s finest wineries and tasting rooms. Our insider relationships with the winemakers and owners will give you unique access that goes beyond all other wine tours.
After experiencing your two and a half hour tasting tour, you’ll be returned to Purple Café where a table will be ready for you to enjoy dinner. The corkage fee is waived on the first bottle of wine purchased during the tour and served at dinner.
We’ll have you smiling and laughing all night long! Wine does that, you know.
Tour Details
- $50 per person + Washington State sales tax for tour of three premium wineries; tasting fees are included.
- Gratuity is not included; suggested gratuity is 15% of $125 per person tour value.
- Must purchase tickets online at least 48 hours prior to tour start time; within 48 hours, call for availably at 206.233.9233.
- After you purchase tour tickets, Purple Cafe will contact you to make a VIP reservation for dinner; dinner is required in order to attend the tour, and is not included in the $50 tour price.
- No corkage fee on the first bottle of wine purchased during the tour and served at dinner.

- Spring Barrel tasting is your chance to get a jump on tasting and purchasing some of the best wines in wine country. A visit to the Valley on this weekend will allow you to sample yet-unfinished wines from the barrel.
Spring Barrel Tasting allows tasters a sneak preview of upcoming vintages from their favorite wineries. This special weekend in the Yakima Valley features winemakers and cellar staff who are on hand to share insights and answer questions on the winemaking process. Many of the participating wineries make special efforts to enhance the wine tasting experience by adding delicious cheeses, sauces, salsas, and even desserts to the mix along with special tastings and education.

- Bethany of the Northwest is celebrating 82 years of serving seniors and their families in the Everett area. We do so without regard to religious preference, race, cultural orientation or source of payment. In fact many of our residents have outlived their financial resources. Funds raised at the Taste will benefit our senior residents.
We’d love to have you participate in this year’s Taste by having your wines poured. To participate, we ask that you donate 6 bottles for each variety of wine that you sample. Wineries generally pour 2 to 3 styles at their designated tables. We encourage you to attend to represent your wines; however we do not require this. We have a large volunteer group available to pour wines. Please supply any tasting notes and winery promotional pieces as you feel appropriate. All attendees will have a full listing of participating wines.
We also hold a large silent auction. Please consider a donation of an auction item. Large format bottles, signed bottles and private winery tour and tastings are always successful and appreciated items.

- The Tornadoes’ mix of traditional and contemporary blues is known as one of the tightest and most energetic blues outfits around. Although Kevin is best known for his guitar work, his other skills have started to garner attention. Blues Matters (UK) says of Selfe on the CD, “Playing fine harmonica as well, it is his superb deep voice that resonates throughout”.
On drums is the Great Jimi Bott. Widely considered one of the best blues drummers in the world, Jimi is a 12-time and current Blues Music Award nominee for Best Instrumentalist – Drums, and spent nearly three decades touring the world with The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Rod Piazza, and Mark Hummel.
