- Taste white, red, rose' and sparkling, aperitif and dessert wine. Learn to describe a wine's nose, taste, and finish to your customers. Master the art of pairing a menu item with the perfect wine. Become skilled making recommendations to your guests. Receive a "Certification of Completion" after finishing the class. Students are encouraged to bring their restaurant's menu and wine lists for discussion.
