About Arlington Road Cellars

Founded in 2002 by Ken Nydam and Robin Rutz, Arlington Road Cellars is a boutique winery located in Woodinville, Washington. Arlington Road Cellars' mission is to craft the finest world class wines from grapes grown exclusively in Washington State. An uncompromising passion for wine brings unparalleled commitment for doing what is right for the wine at all stages of production. When Ken and Robin started Arlington Road Cellars, the goal was simple… to make wines they would want to drink themselves. Arlington Road Cellars will focus primarily on red wines, starting with one red wine in their inaugural vintage. Sourced from some of the finest vineyards in the Columbia Valley, MONOLITH is a traditional Bordeaux style blend consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. In addition, to MONOLITH, we have added IMPERIUM, an off-dry style Riesling. In 2009, we will release our third wine, ESTORIAN, a Rhone styled Syrah. Both MONOLITH and IMPERIUM have been consistently highly rated by well respected wine critics such as Stephen Tanzer.
