About Bainbridge Island Vineyards & Winery
Just a ferry ride from downtown Seattle, Bainbridge Island Winery attracts many visitors to their serene vineyard and winery. Just four miles North of the ferry terminal on East Day Road. Enjoy the picnic green with a view of the Olympic Mountains and browse owner JoAnn Bentryn's antique wine glass collection in the tasting room. The family farm estate winery was established in 1977. Winegrower Gerard Bentryn specializes in European-style wines made from their own grapes: Muller-Thurgau, Siegerrebe, Madeleine Angevine, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris. Wines sold locally and at the winery. Hours: Tasting and sales room open for visitors year round, on Fri, Sat, and Sun from 11-5 pm. Other times tastings and sales by chance or appointment. Tours and groups of 15 or more by appointment
