Please provide contact information for your General Manager/Owner as well as the Wine Program Manager. The single log in will be for the restaurant, which will allow you to apply for the awards as well as have access to the Washington Wine Commission's Industry section. After your award submission is received, the log in account will be approved. You'll then be able to log in to the Washington Wine Commission's member section at http://www.washingtonwine.org/members.
