Our Story
Atam Vineyards was one of the first vineyards in the Chelan Valley. The first grapes (Riesling) was planted in 2002. They expanded their production and portfolio to include: Gewurztraminer, Barbera and Syrah. In 2009 Atam Winery LLC was founded and since then the grapes from Atam Vineyards are exclusively processed there. Atam Vineyards and Atam Winery LLC put special emphasis to grown grapes which originate in the northern part of Europe (Rhone-Delta of Germany and Northern Italy). The growing conditions at Lake Chelan are perfect in order to grow high quality & great grapes, which is the secret and foundation of making great wines.
