Our Story

Oakwood Cellars is located in one of the best wine growing regions of Washington State. Situated at the foot of Red Mountain, about 2 miles east of Benton City, and deeply nestled in a picturesque sweep of the Yakima River on Demoss Road. Oakwood Cellars has been producing award-winning wines since 1986 with the philosophy that great wines require time to bring out their rich, pleasing taste. That is why time is the master hand in producing the premium wines that bear the Oakwood Cellars label. From the day our choice grapes are harvested until the moment we bottle our wines, up to three years may have passed.
