About Chinook Wines
The grapegrower and the winemaker - a natural union of the key elements of making wine - are brought together in the owners of Chinook Wines. Viticulturist Clay Mackey and winemaker Kay Simon are partners in both wine and marriage. Since 1985 they have hosted visitors in their charming tasting room and encourage you to enjoy their shady garden picnic area. Yakima Valley Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, Semillon, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot are produced. Hours: 12 - 5, Saturday & Sunday from May through October
