Ripe pear, herb and melon flavors are complimented by a nice oak spice balanced with bright Sauvignon Blanc characteristics. The palate is generous yet elegant with lively fruit aromas and a mouth filling finish. Pair with chicken dishes, fish, oysters and lighter fare.
