21 Cellars, 2007 Pont 21

A decidedly earthy base yields to red fruit, black currants, graphite and pepper. A full, yet balanced palate finishes with subtle tannic overtones that will soften further with ageing. Drink now or cellar to seven years. Aged 22 months in 25% new French oak. Allow ample time to decant.
