Our Barbera is full bodied with a flavor of black berries and a tone of plums. The ruby red colored wine has a balanced acidity to make it a flexible “Grande Amico” with food, particularly with pizza, pasta, grilled poultry, meats, or a slice of Prosciutto, Reggiano Parmigiano together with Pane Rustico. The Barbera is known to be one of the most food friendly wines. Low in tannins, it will complement many meals, because it does not overpower any food. The Barbera is an Italian Grape, grown in the Piemont region of Italy. Until now it has not yet been widely discovered in North America. Be one of the first ones to enjoy this great wine!
