Our Story

Built in 1985, the small winery has basalt cliffs rising 400 feet on the north side of the vineyard giving the winery its name. The cliffs create a micro-climate well suited for the winery's estate bottled red wines. The famous Maryhill Museum and Stonehenge replica are located ten miles east of the winery making for a pleasant tour along the Columbia River in Klickitat County. Robert Lorkowski is the General Manager and winemaker. Hours: 11 am to 5 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday, April to October
