Our Story
Corvus Cellars focuses on producing very limited world class premium wine that showcases the fruit of our estate vineyard in the Red Mountain AVA and other exceptional vineyards across Washington State.
Stephen Lessard and Randall Hopkins created Corvus Cellars with a common desire to produce a truly exceptional wine. Stephen has brought 20 plus years of winemaking experience with him and has made wine for such reputable establishments as Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars (Napa), Hacienda Winery (Sonoma), Hedges Cellars (Red Mountain), and most recently Whitman Cellars (Walla Walla). Stephen and Randall strive to showcase a wine’s terrior (that unique quality that each growing region, and even specific vineyard, imparts to the grapes that are grown there) while bringing balance and depth to the wine. Balance is our cornerstone and carries through from the earth to the vine to the wine.
