Our Story
Couvillion ,founded in 2004,Jill Noble got the wine bug,took the 2yr.course,apprenticed with some skilled Walla Walla winemakers,and opened her own winery 10 miles north of the city of Walla Walla,next to Spring Valley Vineyard,off to a fine start.The Cabernet Sauvignon from Sagemoor Vineyard(one of the oldest in Washington)spent 18 months in French Oak,Merlot,&Red Wine Blend have the same upbringing as the Cabernet.Our winery focuses on exceptional quality & balance that compliments any occasion!
