Our Story

Côte Bonneville is committed to producing the best expression of our DuBrul Vineyard each vintage. We harvest Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc at the point of optimal ripeness. We vinify each lot separately, then age the wines in new French oak barrels from different cooperages. After six months, the individual wines are assessed and blended so the flavors will marry during the next year in the barrel. The wines are allowed to develop further in the bottle prior to release. Winery is open by appointment only.
