Dineen Vineyards, 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon

We think that you will agree that this wine is deep, dark and delicious! Crafted by Sheridan's Scott Greer, the wine is concentrated and an opaque deep maroon red to the edge of the glass. The wine offers up a bouquet of cassis, dark plum and mocha. Citrus peel, coriander, vanilla and flint characterize the mid-palate. The finish goes on and on. This is an elegant wine!! Aged for thirty months in both new and once used Taransaud French barrels, this wine was bottled un- fined and unfiltered. Absolutely, delicious with grilled lamb chops rubbed with Herbes de Provence!
