Following in the footsteps of our 2006 vintage, the 2007 Gård Cabernet Sauvignon from our estate, Lawrence Vineyards, was aged in 100% new French oak barrels, and features a brighter, more complex Cabernet in comparison with 2006. Rich with fruit, the wine is lush and chewy. The ripe berry flavors lead to notes of chocolate, coffee beans, toffee and hints of smoked tobacco that are wrapped around well-managed tannins and new oak. The wine finishes bold, with round complexity.
