Our Story
Goose Ridge Vineyards is located in the heart of the Columbia Valley four miles east of Benton City on the "ridge" of Goose Hill. The vineyard site selection and varietal planting was done with the consulting recommendations of Dr. Walter Clore. The vineyard is planted from 750 to 1150 ft. elevation, north/south planting on VSP trellis system, drip irrigation and computer water management. The first blocks of grapes were planted in 1998, continuing through 2007. Goose Ridge Vineyards is committed to producing premium quality wine grapes, looking to grow the "best berry" to make the "best wine." The vineyard is easily accessible from the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas for families and friends that want to enjoy the vineyard, winery of the natural habitat in the area.
Varietals produced: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Chardonnay, Viognier,Pinot Gris, Riesling and Cabernet Franc.
