One of the most extracted Malbecs I’ve tasted. Dark Purplish color. Intense nose of wild berries (huckleberry and blackberry) with aromas of roast coffee crushed roses and a hint of violet. The flavors are dense, but not overpowering, building up on the back palate with undertones of minerals, bittersweet chocolate and coffee grounds. There is a plumy “sweet spot” in the middle, followed by extracts squeezing out into a ripe chewy tannin finish, dusted with white pepper. - Rand Sealey
