Our Story

Northwest Totem Cellars is a small family winery in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country operated by Mike & Kate Sharadin. For us, the terroir many people talk about, or sense of place, is something that extends well beyond just our wine and vineyards and is more than something influenced by the soil or represented by taste. It is the connection to our friends, community and partners which includes our outstanding growers including Chandler Reach Vineyards, Elerding Vineyards, Stillwater and Sagemoor. We have chosen to partner with these vineyards because we have the greatest respect for the proprietors and vineyard managers. Washington has some of the best vineyards in the world, NW Totem Cellars has the best partnerships in the industry, evidenced by remarkable fruit that will produce outstanding wine.
