Silvara Vineyards, 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon

Patience, like virtue, brings its own reward. The unfolding aromas in a glass of wine is an excursion into hedonistic pleasure. This Cabernet opens slowly, unfurling a delicate aroma of sun warmed Georgia black berries. Joined with the perfume of tree ripened Black Friar plums lightly dusted with Cassia. The firm tannins and prominent acids smooth into a nicely balanced mouth feel.
