Considered the sweeter of the two Rieslings we produce, typically with about 2.5% residual sugar. This wine shows beautiful richness of ripe peach and nectarine yet is very nicely balanced. It has great proportion with fruit dominating and definitely shows the character of the 2006 vintage. The complex character of this wine makes it the perfect wine to enjoy well chilled just before dinner. While this wine could certainly be cellared I believe that is at its prime right now and should be enjoyed!
