As part of our Liquid Courage Lecture Series, Dr. Scott Kronlund will be presenting his talk entitled “Rediscovering Connection in a Post-COVID World” where he will explore several key principles of (re)building relationships and making meaningful connections in a post-COVID world. Properly applied, these principles should significantly help you develop deeper connections with those whom you live, work, and play.

Scott is an independent Leadership Development and Organizational Design consultant who cut his leadership “teeth” working in the healthcare industry for over 40 years. His goal is to “make a difference with organizational leaders who want to make a difference.” He is a certified member of the (John) Maxwell Leadership Team serving as leadership teacher, coach, and speaker.

Having started his career as a private practicing Family Physician, Scott has also served in a wide variety of leadership roles in hospitals, medical groups, managed care organizations, national consulting firms, and numerous non-profit organizations. Throughout his career, Scott has served on multiple boards both for-profit and non-profit organizations. He is a lifelong student and practitioner of leadership having more than once been reminded by his mother that SHE was the parent in charge, and HE was the child. Scott is a long-time resident of Pierce County and enjoys spending time with his family: his wife, Michele, 3 kids, 4 grandkids, and 3 “grand puppies.”
