SUMMARY:Harvest Tours + Bonus Pours @ Pepper Bridge Winery
DESCRIPTION:We are gearing up for harvest and we want to show you goes on behind the scenes! \nWinemaking\, Up Close & Personal\nThough the ultimate decision is up to Mother Nature (and our Winemaker\, Jean-François Pellet)\, we expect the first of the Sauvignon Blanc to be picked early September\, and the first of the reds to follow by mid-September. The fruit’s arrival from our Estate vineyards is the day we await with bated breath each year\, and we want to show it off to you! Come see fermentation first-hand in the winery\, as the wine makes its way through our gravity-flow facility. \nCabernet Sauvignon Vertical\nAs an extra treat for joining us during the magical time of year\, we are providing a special bonus pour for anyone who attends a tour during the month of September. Taste for yourself how a little extra time in bottle changes a wine. \nReservations Required\nTo make sure we have a team member ready to take you safely on your tour\, we do require advance reservation. Don’t see the time you’re looking for? Give us a call and we’ll do our best to fit you in. We offer tours from 10:30am to 2:30pm. An additional tasting reservation is not required. \nA Few Notes on Safety\nDue to the CO2 released during fermentation\, it is not safe for children to join the tours.\nWe also cannot allow pets in the production facility due to local Health Dept. laws.\nPlease plan accordingly—thank you!
