Each event features David from Big John’s PFI\, one of Seattle’s most knowledgeable and engaging cheese educators. Guests will explore five carefully selected cheeses while David shares the stories\, science\, and craftsmanship behind each one\, paired seamlessly with L’Ecole wines.
