Our Wines

  • Atam Riesling

    • Overview

    • Tasting Notes

    • We are fermenting our Riesling to dryness, with a full aroma you rarely find anywhere else. We were able to create an Estate Riesling, which is comparable to some of the great Rieslings from Germany. Our Riesling has a deep golden color and carries the flavor of fruits, which will remind you of apples and peaches. Some of our customers even say they can sense a trace of apricots. While some believe a Riesling is in general too sweet to be enjoyed along with a nice meal, our Riesling is very balanced in that matter and has positively surprised many of our customers and convinced them otherwise.

  • Atam Gewurztraminer

    • Overview

    • Tasting Notes

    • Our dry fermented Gewurztraminer has a spicy bouquet and is made from grapes, which originate from the Alsace Region in France. One of the characteristics of this wine is that it reflects the growing conditions and soil on which it is grown in its bouquet more than other wines. You will be able to taste the "spices" related to the Lake Chelan Valley and recognize their highly aromatic qualities such as a scent of rose petals and grapefruit, which make this wine very enticing. This Gewurztraminer pairs especially well with spicy foods and otherwise hard-to-pair spicy cuisines like Indian and Chinese food, thanks to its aromatic flavor.

  • Atam Barbera

    • Overview

    • Tasting Notes

    • Our Barbera is full bodied with a flavor of black berries and a tone of plums. The ruby red colored wine has a balanced acidity to make it a flexible “Grande Amico” with food, particularly with pizza, pasta, grilled poultry, meats, or a slice of Prosciutto, Reggiano Parmigiano together with Pane Rustico. The Barbera is known to be one of the most food friendly wines. Low in tannins, it will complement many meals, because it does not overpower any food. The Barbera is an Italian Grape, grown in the Piemont region of Italy. Until now it has not yet been widely discovered in North America. Be one of the first ones to enjoy this great wine!

  • Atam Malbec

    • Overview

    • Tasting Notes

    • Our Malbec is a full-bodied red wine with a dark, inky purple color. It offers aromas of tangy plum, cherry and cola, and flavors of cherry and fresh grape juice with hints of green pepper. This wine benefits from the unique growing conditions found at Lake Chelan (300+ sunny days) more than other comparable red wines. This adds complexity to the wine and brings out the interesting medley of aromas and flavors.

    • Overview

    • Tasting Notes
