Our Wines

  • 2007 President's Blend

    • Overview

    • Tasting Notes

    • This Bordeaux-style blend exhibits notes of parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme – with hints of dried oregano, menthol, and plump, ripe blueberries thrown in for good measure. It’s big, bold, and redolent of savory herbs and spices.

      • Blend - Bordeaux Style Red
      • $20 - $30
      • Walla Walla Valley
  • 2007 Stan Clarke Cabernet Sauvignon

    • Overview

    • Tasting Notes

    • Not for the faint of heart, this masculine Cabernet opens with aromas of dark berries, wild raspberries, and dried sage. This wines muscular tannins pair well with steak and game meats.

      • Cabernet Sauvignon
      • $15 - $20
      • Walla Walla Valley
  • 2009 Syrah

    • Overview

    • Tasting Notes

    • This wine is a big burley Syrah with a red licorice nose that is true-to-varietal from this great vineyard. It has a bridging mid-palate of ripe black current and finishes with sweet tannins and chocolate-coconut covered cherries that hangs on. It cries out for well-seasoned grilled Italian sausages topped with caramelized onions and sweets peppers in a toasted bun.

      • Syrah
      • $15 - $20
      • Columbia Valley
  • 2008 Gewürztraminer Late Harvest, Dried Cluster

    • Overview

    • Tasting Notes

    • This opulent wine was made from late harvested Gewürztraminer clusters which were laid out on racks to dry prior to pressing. The partial drying of the berries further concentrates the sugars, and produces a wine distinctively aromatic and sumptuously sweet.

      • Gewurztraminer
      • $15 - $20
      • Red Mountain

  • 2008 Lemberger

    • Overview

    • Tasting Notes

    • Strawberry jam and leather notes mingle with Lemberger’s characteristic black pepper spice. The wine has soft tannins, but bright acids and big flavors, which will compliment a wide range of foods from barbequed chicken to your favorite pasta preparation.

      • Lemberger
      • under $10
      • Yakima Valley
  • 2008 Governor's Red

    • Overview

    • Tasting Notes

    • This is a robust wine that offers blueberry, caramel and whiskey on the nose. Once on the palate, it greets the tongue with a touch of fresh cedar and some caramelized oak before filling the mouth with dark chocolate rum balls.

      • Blend - Bordeaux Style Red
      • $10 - $15
      • Walla Walla Valley
  • 2010 Rosé of Syrah

    • Overview

    • Tasting Notes

    • It’s ok – throw off the shackles and scream from the mountain top – DRINK PINK! The color tells the story - deep and brooding, this barrel fermented Rosé has depth and weight that will rival most Pinot Noir’s. It carries a nice fruit forward lift that makes it an easy choice with just about any food group. Serve cold, especially on a warm afternoon.
