Retail Sales: Monday through Friday, 11am to 6pm. Wine Tasting: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 1pm to 6pm. Open the Second Saturday of every month, 12pm to 6pm.

A wine technology program and teaching winery in WEST SEATTLE! - students learn winemaking, wine marketing and sales, and food and wine pairing through a series of classes. All are welcome from all ages and experience levels!

    • The name for School in Italian is fitting to this blend of Sangiovese, Nebbiolo and Barbera, all Italian varieties grown here in Washington State. The blend is silky and fruity, but with great acidity, tannin and structure that will stand up to any meat dish.

  • Dolcetto Nouveau

    • A special addition to our release this fall, our Dolcetto went through carbonic maceration and was bottled just in time for the holiday season. Bright and juicy aromas compliment the tart flavors of orange, raspberry and cranberry.

    • This Chardonnay was fermented in new French Oak barrels with partial malolactic fermentation and stirred on the lees for three months. Complex, with just a hint of oak, the wine reveals bright, fruit-forward aromas – melon, lemon, and pear. It delivers notes of spice, sea salt, and minerality with a creamy mouth feel.

    • This Merlot may well be the best we have ever produced. The wine is medium bodied, showing a clear, bright ruby color with purple highlights. On the nose, blueberry, pepper and violet might make you question if it is truly a Merlot! On the palate, a smooth mouth feel and bright acid are enhanced by the tastes of black fruit, cranberry and pomegranate. The wine has great depths good acidity and expresses its fruit in a style to be paired with your favorite pork beef or poultry dishes. Our wine making instructor’s favorite!

    • From the Boushey Vineyard and a beautiful medium garnet, this luscious Sangiovese smells of allspice, roasted red fruit, and a touch of oregano. Juicy strawberries and white pepper marry well with bright acid and polished tannins.
