Our Wines

  • Tranche Slice of Pape Blanc

    • Overview

    • Tasting Notes

    • The Slice of Pape Blanc is a dramatic wine with a bouquet of violets and jasmine, fresh ripe cantaloupe, and a hint of sea mist. The palate is a see-saw balance between fruit and savory elements. Remarkably complex with flavors of dried apricot, peach pit, apple skin, tangerine, plantain, kumquat, rawhide, and ocean brine. The waxy, oily texture is cut through in the end by meyer lemon and lime zest like acidity. The savory notes linger for minutes after you swallow, finishing more like a red wine.
