The restaurant serves as an educational dining lab for culinary students at The Art Institute of Seattle. Open to the public, the restaurant presents a tempting menu of fine-dining courses emphasizing fresh seasonal favorites. Portfolio offers elegance at an affordable price.

Each session, Dieter not only guides you through the tasting, he will speak about the wines' grape varieties, the local viticultural areas and French appellations, offer food & wine matches, and more.
