Live @ Sapolil - Poetry Assassins Americana-Rock
Date:
January 24, 2015
Location:
Sapolil Cellars
Description:
The Poetry Assassins is an all-original rock band based out of Dayton. While the Band is new, the players are not. Best described as a cross between early Elvis Costello, the Beatles, R.E.M., and the Foo Fighters, their music is completely original with multi-part harmonies and carefully crafted instrument interplay. Dark powerpop-Americana would be the only way to pigeonhole a description and that falls somewhat short. It’s a wholly unique sound. http://www.reverbnation.com/thepoetryassassins 9 – Midnight Cover: $5 For more info: 509-520-1273 Enjoy a Full Bar, open until 2 a.m. Featuring Sapolil Cellars Wine, Beer on Tap and by the Bottle, and a full menu of hard liquor libations.
