Guests will then explore four exceptional cheeses, each thoughtfully paired with a wine, guided by cheese expert Amber Park of Wanderlust Delicato in Spokane. Following each pairing, Chefs Mike Easton and Frank MagaƱa will present a composed bite featuring the highlighted cheese, illustrating how culinary technique can elevate its character.
