Centuries at The Table with La Mar, The Walls, and Pasxa

On August 27, join the team at La Mar to welcome Pasxa and The Walls for a collaborative dinner exploring the lasting Spanish influence on Peru’s culinary identity. Throughout the evening, guests will experience recognizable Spanish flavors and techniques—pan con tomate, ajillo, manchego, morcilla, huevos rotos, and Basque cheesecake—woven together with distinctly Peruvian ingredients and perspectives like rocoto, botija olives, papa amarilla, sarza criolla, and Peruvian chocolate.

Each course will be paired with wines from Pasxa and The Walls, highlighting the dialogue between Old World inspiration and New World expression.
