We will be story-telling through 5 courses of the best of the Northwest’s Summer cuisine paired with some of the most iconic selections from the Cadence repertoire of award-winning Red Mountain Estate Bordeaux-style wines. We will also be spotlighting some hidden gems; Cadence’s limited production Oregon Chardonnay, a 2010 library release of Tapteil, and an off-dry Riesling for dessert from Yakima Valley’s Olsen Vineyard.
