Friday Fromage brings a monthly deep-dive into the world of artisan cheese—expertly paired with L’Ecole № 41 wines. Each event features David from Big John’s PFI, one of Seattle’s most knowledgeable and engaging cheese educators. Guests will explore five carefully selected cheeses while David shares the stories, science, and craftsmanship behind each one, paired seamlessly with L’Ecole wines. All cheeses will be available for purchase after the event.
Before the event begins, David will also be available in the tasting room to chat with guests and offer an exclusive selection of cheeses for purchase.
