Our winemaking approach begins in the vineyard, sourcing grapes from five of the finest vineyards in Washington state, working hand-in-hand with our growers, and spending countless hours in the vineyards to make picking decisions based on peak ripeness and flavor. The grapes are handpicked and shipped to the winery in refrigerated trucks. Once at the winery the grapes are gently destemmed and fermented in small one-ton fermenters to ensure ultimate quality and control of the fermentation. We take the minimalist approach to winemaking and let the quality of our fruit shine.
