Our Double D site, first planted in 2013, is the warmer of our three vineyards. These vines are planted between 700 to 940 feet of elevation, with uniform fine silt loam soil. The gentle slope of the site down to the Columbia River allows excellent drainage, and the high heat accumulation throughout the growing season makes it the perfect home for our award-winning Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Grenache, and Mourvedre. Double D vineyard is Sustainable WA Certified—so you know that our farming and our wines meet the highest degree of environmental responsibility and sustainability. Our Double D Vineyard grows Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Malbec, Mourvedre, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah. • 11 miles south of Chelan on the Columbia River • Elevation: 700 – 900 feet • 165 total acres
