Production has been kept very small, typically only about 250 – 350 cases per vintage. That allows the wines to be extremely focused, aged for quality, with attention given to every detail of the process. I am involved in every aspect of the making of EVERY wine. I believe that blending allows me to make the very best wines, so most of our bottlings incorporate some aspect of blending, sometimes less than five percent (5%). At the same time, I am trying to feature some of what I feel are the best vineyards in the state.
