We grow cool climate grapes in the Puget Sound AVA, varietals include: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Madeleine Angevine, Riesling, Siegerrebe, and Marquette. The vineyard’s heavy, heavy clay soils with their reddish orange swirls of mineral deposits help produce wines that contain delicate aromatic fruit profiles and maintain their acidity which are ideal for aging. Our mission is to produce wines that have no additions other than an occasional cultured yeast strain when needed. By making this wine in our gravity fed winery we can strive to leave in the bottle only what the terroir has produced based on the farming accomplishments of a given vintage!
