Erik Segelbaum is the founder of SOMLYAY. He’s an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and has over 30 years of industry experience. He was named Food & Wine Magazine’s ‘Sommelier of the Year’ in 2019, and was the Corporate Beverage Director for Schwarz Brothers Restaurants in Seattle. He also worked aboard the luxury yacht, The World, as Head Sommelier.
