Victoria Antilla spent more than 17 years as the General Manager and Corporate Wine Director at Schwarz Bros Restaurants here in WA State, where she curated a wine list that won the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 7 years running. A native of WA State, she knows the world of Pacific Northwest seafood intimately, as she worked on a fish processing boat when she was 20, and has spent her whole life in the restaurant industry.
