“The reality is that people that are attracted to making and learning about wine are artisanal people. They’re people who love science and geology and chemistry but weren’t able to sit still in a classroom.”

Victoria has spent her whole life in the restaurant industry. In this episode, her free-spiritedness, love for life, and philosophical nature is infectious. Victoria spent more than 17 years as the General Manager and Corporate Wine Director at Schwartz Brothers Restaurants in Washington, where she curated a wine list that won the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 7 years running.
