    • Tasting Notes

    • Col Solare is a Cabernet Sauvignon with profound density, complex flavors and a supple texture. It is full-bodied, rich, and aromatic. Intense fruit character and mature tannins deliver uncompromising finesse and style. For each vintage, the winemakers' mission is to join two distinct cultures, Washington and Tuscan, new-world and old-world, to create a wine with concentrated flavors, aromatics and supple tannins that lead into a seductive, lingering finish.
