    • The elegant and well balanced structure of the 2011 Monolith blend brings in a rich mouth feel and playful fruit. Flavors of currant, plum, dark cherry and blackberry with spices of white pepper and clove create a mouthwatering experience. Great now but this wine will continue to intensify with 8-12 years of age. This wine will benefit from a short time in a decanter.

    • Ripe pear and floral aromatics lead to a gentle attack followed by a honey-laced creaminess in its core. This is accentuated by bright, crisp acidity. Balanced and elegant, it shows nuances of fresh and dried apricot while lighter hints of lemon and grapefruit linger on the finish. As always this wine should be aged for a few years to develop.

  • 2015 Sauvignon Blanc

    • This dry, rich white has terrific aromas of melons, figs, and honeysuckle notes. This wine does not go through malolactic fermentation and is aged in a combination of French oak, acacia barrels and concrete egg. Beautiful fruit dominates this full bodied wine with loads of complexity.
