Lenny Redé, Metropolitan Market, Mercer Island
Lenny is a restaurateur, chef, wine steward and educator with over 35 years of industry experience, and is currently working as a Wine Steward for Metropolitan Market on Mercer Island here in Seattle. He’s a classically trained chef, and has done everything from catering for Paul Allen’s private jet, having his desserts served for Presidential State Dinners, and even presenting High Tea for the late Princess Diana. And in addition to all that, he’s also a Chef Instructor for the NW Wine Academy at South Seattle College.
