Beth has over twenty years of experience in the restaurant industry, and is an Advanced Sommelier thru the Court of Master Sommeliers. She has worked her way through all front of the house roles up to manager and wine director at some of Seattle’s finest restaurants, and is currently working as a Portfolio Consultant for Élevage and LUX Wines and Spirits, where she represents a number of top wineries and distilleries from around the world.
