Kim Cavoores, Founder, One Kourt Studio, Greenport
Kim is the founder of One Kourt Studio, an independent wine & spirits shop located in Greenport, NY. Throughout her career, she’s worked in all facets of the beverage industry, from some of the finest restaurants in the country, to national wine sales, and now running a boutique retail operation. First working as a server for James Beard Award-winning chefs in Boston, her path then took her to NYC in 2012, where she worked at such storied locations as Terroir Wine Bar, Cafe d’Alsace, and later Mailino, Marta and Blue Hill at Stone Barns. She’s worked harvests in Australia and Napa Valley, and was the North American Sales Ambassador for Hedges Family Wine Estate, based here in Washington State.
